BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Bryn Bowen is an experienced, skillful Information Governance Architect, specializing in strategic planning, data mapping, and software implementation.

Mr. Bowen has been consulting for more than 30 years, helping companies run smoothly. As the Director of Information Services at Schulte Roth & Zabel, Mr. Bowen has established an Information Governance (“IG”) program in addition to overseeing the New Business Intake, Conflicts/Risk, Records, Library Services and Knowledge areas. He has worked endlessly on his information gathering, risk management, and data confirmation procedures to consult businesses to success.

Mr. Bowen  is also a Fellow of the College of Law Practice Management, is the Immediate Past President of the ARMA Metro NYC chapter and before that was Director of Legal Systems and Information Management at Greenberg Traurig LLP where he established a global information governance and records management program and reengineered the NBI Conflicts and Risk program.

Mr. Bowen attended Syracuse University in Upstate New York to receive a Bachelor’s degree in 1986 and went on to receive his Master’s from New York University in 1988.
