is a business and communications consultant and a scholar in Management and Communications. Her area of study is Culture and Communication. She specializes in the areas of trust, strategic and online communications and collaboration in international public-private partnerships. Her Dissertation "Managing Beyond the Contract: Communicating and Connecting to Build Sustainable Collaborative Relationships in International Public-Private Partnerships" is the subject of an upcoming book. Her Article on Corporate Social Responsibility: Johnson and Johnson Creating Community Relations and Value through Open Social Innovation and Partnership across Sub Saharan Africa is included in Emerald Publishing’s 2018 Book CSR, Sustainability and Ethical Public Relations.

She has served as Spokesperson for the Speaker and Deputy Director of Communications for the NYC Council and as Director of Communications for the largest Teamsters Local Union. She is currently an Assistant Professor at Bronx Community College, CUNY,

Dr. Oshin-Martin received a degree in Combined Studies from the University of Manchester in the UK, a  Masters in Journalism from New York University, and a Doctorate in Management from the University of Maryland University College. Her family relationships and links run from Nigeria, the United Kingdom, the United States and Guyana.
