BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Managing Director, Ian Jones has responsibility for the execution of program and project management at MCCGUSA. A graduate of NYU's Stern School of Business, he has received advanced training in leadership and management from the Aichron Academy. He is a Certified Data Programmer (CDP), and has served on the boards of Youth at Risk and other not for profits.

Mr. Jones serves as the Project Executive for new construction projects, rehabilitation of existing facilities, new technology for health care entities, and strategic planning for small business and not for profits. He is a member of the Construction Management Institute of America (CMAA) and the Project Management Institute.

Previously, Mr. Jones served as the Executive Vice President of Landmark Group a New Jersey developer of malls and real estate management software. At Landmark Mr. Jones was involved in the development of over a dozen commercial properties in Central New Jersey.

Mr. Jones’ portfolio includes the development of the Urban Health Plan 40,000 square feet facility, completed in 2001 and the current 54,000 square feet expansion. He has overseen the soon to be completed Bedford Stuyvesant $25 million project in Brooklyn, and other projects including the North East Brooklyn Housing Development Corporation, the Brooklyn Alliance Streetscape Project, the Government of St Lucia, Bridge St Development Corporation, Brownsville Multi Service Center and the Hunts Point Multi Service Center.
