ADVISORY COUNCIL

is an experienced manager and seasoned Attorney-at-Law with trial and advocacy experience that spans the court systems of Trinidad and Tobago from Court of Appeals to High Court of Judiciary both as a senior prosecuting attorney in the Director of Public Prosecutions chambers and as a private practitioner. Ingrid has over 25 years of experience serving as a Corporate Secretary/Senior Advisor and in Corporate and commercial contract negotiations. 

She has managed a state owned 14,500 acre real estate property development company and has overseen a real estate consultancy for an international oil company. Ingrid’s experience also includes developing and drafting policies to facilitate and regulate private sector local and foreign investment.

Ingrid was awarded her LL.B from the University of the West Indies, and attended Executive Education programs at the Harvard Business School and

the Wharton School of Business. She also has advanced training in Project Management, and is a Certified Corporate Secretary. She speaks both English and Spanish. She was born in Guyana and is a citizen of Trinidad and Tobago She was born in Guyana.
