Joy Martin

is an experienced business executive with significant corporate and international experience in management, information technology and collaborative, supply chain and cross-national environments.

She is known for her ability to foster strong relationships with counterparties, business partners, and staff, globally Her extensive experience includes; building and realigning enterprise wide IT Infrastructure, Distribution, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Financial services environments. She has special expertise in Process optimization,  Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery; Process Improvement, Governance and Compliance, Quality Assurance, Continuous Delivery, Vendor Management, Business Continuity Management and ITIL Process Implementation.

Joy worked in the family import-export and international consulting business Demerara Supply and Services in Guyana prior to leaving for university study in the United States. 

She has served as an adviser to MCCGUSA since 2000 and is a principal adviser on its international business expansion and service certification and partnership, and participation in international consortiums in India, Scandinavia, Europe and Latin America.

She is a graduate of the Baruch College School of Business and holds certifications in Service Excellence, and IT Management and Operations. She speaks English and Spanish. 

A licensed real estate agent, she is a dual Citizen of the USA and Guyana.
