Richard Donohue

is a real estate adviser and expert in commercial real estate and senior housing care. Mr. Donohue's 35 year real estate career, he has represented a wide variety of real estate clients including commercial, healthcare and seniors housing clients. He is currently a Managing Director with Lee and Associates in New York and is responsible for the leasing and sale of millions of square feet of real estate space.

Prior to joining Lee Associates. Mr. Donohue was a Managing Director at Lee and Associates and an Executive and Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield where he was an integral member of the Seniors Housing Group. Previously, as Managing Director, he headed the firm's New York offices and had responsibility for all of the company's transaction and support services at its firm's world headquarters.

His real estate clients have included Fortune Five Hundred companies, international corporations, large hospital systems, senior housing and commercial real estate developers, and governmental agencies.

Mr. Donohue received his undergraduate degree from CCNY and pursued graduate studies at New York University where he has been a guest panelist and a member of New York University Real Estate Roundtable.  He is a licensed real estate broker in New York and New Jersey and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
