has spent much of his 25-year career advising and inspiring senior executives and entrepreneurs to raise their level of personal and leadership effectiveness. As the Founder of Inspiration Laboratories, Scott’s life’s work has revolved around inspiring others to achieve their goals, dreams and aspirations.

Scott has worked extensively with senior executives and entrepreneurs to guide them in achieving superior organizational effectiveness and breakthrough financial performance. He has focused much of his work on the areas of strategic leadership development and project management; particularly in the management of complex, enterprise-wide change initiatives. Scott has a wide range of experience in industries including; Education, Energy, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Healthcare and Financial Services sectors-which have involved primarily Fortune 500 Corporations, the US Federal Government and various organizations in the Middle East, the Far East and the Caribbean.

Beyond his corporate experience, Scott has engaged in a variety of public service roles, including an appointment by the Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago to be a Founding Member of the Board of Governors for the University of Trinidad and Tobago, launch team member for TEDx in Trinidad and the Host of TEDx Port-of-Spain in 2011 and 2012.

Scott earned his M.B.A. from Harvard University and his B.S. in Information Systems and Economics from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
